Set on the banks of the River Dee, the Royal Oak, Bangor-on-Dee has recently undergone a £500,000 refurbishment, bringing it up to date with décor and comfortable furnishings.

It now offers locals, tourists and families the opportunity to relax in a friendly atmosphere enjoying home cooked food together with fine wines, real ales, soft drinks, teas and coffees. 

You can be assured of a traditionally warm reception in an ambience long forgotten in public houses these days. A place where family and friends can meet without the noise and disturbance of large screen televisions, a pool table, a juke box, karaoke or darts.
